Kindergarten project with a build up area 1085 m2. Lightweight construction.

Qualification project, Architectural Technology and Construction Management study program. The project has been developed through project proposal, regulatory and tender design phases. Focus on modularity, materials, indoor climate, and sustainability. 
The conceptual design of the kindergarten is made by KPF arkitekter - a brief for the final project. Ambitious, with a clear vision for sustainability and support for children's well-being. Considering the choice of materials priority is given to healthy and sustainable products, which have a long service life, good indoor climate properties, and require a minimum of maintenance. The building is designed using lightweight prefabricated elements - timber column\beam loadbearing structure.

The assessment for the final project is 12 ( Equivalent ECTS mark 'A' ).
